Fractional Erbium YAG Laser

What is done for pain management?
The patient is asked to apply numbing cream on the treated area about 40-60 minutes before the procedure starts.
How does the skin look like immediately after the treatment?
It looks red. There might be some swelling.
When does the skin get back to normal?
After 5-7 days, skin starts flaking off, revealing new skin beneath.
Can makeup be applied after the treatment?
Preferably no. But if it is very necessary, it can be applied and removed afterward with our DFA non-alcohol based makeup remover.
Can there be any complications?
There can be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation over the treated area for few weeks as a skin reaction.
When does the patient start seeing results?
Results will be seen from first month onwards.
