What is done to reduce discomfort?
Patient is asked to apply topical numbing cream about 40-60 minutes before the procedure starts.
How many treatments are required in general?
On average, 6-8 sessions spaced out 2-4 weeks apart is an ideal treatment protocol.
When does the patient see results?
The patient starts seeing results just after one treatment.
How does the skin look like immediately after the treatment?
It looks red. There might be some swelling.
When does the skin get back to normal?
After few hours to a day, the skin gets back to normal.
Can makeup be applied after the treatment?
It can be applied and removed afterward with our prescribed DFA alcohol-free makeup remover.
